The Cold Pod is a portable ice bath tub for athletes with a lid that is fully insulated to maintain water temperature. The tub can be filled with approximately 65 gallons of water and is easy to set up and change water. Most customers use Bromine to treat the water to keep it clean. Although the lid is not childproof, it fits tight. The Cold Pod is durable and has a raised print on one side of the valve face that needs to be faced away from the tub for a good seal. Customers recommended using a motorized pump instead of a foot pump to inflate the upper ring. Customers have seen positive effects on their well-being from using The Cold Pod every few days. Some users said that although it is a little snug, it is comfortable enough for different body sizes.
