DecoArt Paints 135469 Editorial Review
The Deco Art Media Gesso has received a mixed reception from customers, primarily highlighting issues related to Consistency, coverage, and the effectiveness of the product. On the positive side, many users appreciate its ease of application and decent Consistency for mixed media projects. The product is frequently described as odorless and a good value for money, with some customers expressing satisfaction with their results despite needing multiple coats for complete coverage. However, several reviewers noted drawbacks, particularly that the gesso appears to be more of a charcoal color rather than a true black, which can be frustrating for those looking to prime canvases for black artwork. Additional concerns arose regarding product quality, with one user reporting a moldy and jelly-like Consistency, leading to dissatisfaction. Furthermore, several customers found that the packaging did not meet expectations, with reports of leakage and loss of product during transit, which detracted from the overall experience. In summary, while the Deco Art Media Gesso may serve certain applications and offers decent value, potential buyers should be aware of the mixed reviews regarding color accuracy, coverage, and packaging issues before making a decision. **
