Goliath Gardening & Lawn Care 928718 Editorial Review
The Goliath Alices Garden strategy game has received a mixed but generally positive reception from its users, with many highlighting its accessibility and enjoyable gameplay. Reviewers appreciate its easy-to-learn mechanics, making it suitable for both family game nights and solo play. Kids aged 8 and above have quickly grasped the game, indicating that it's approachable for younger players. Many users indicate that it's a fun addition for those who enjoy light abstract strategy games, drawing comparisons to titles like Patchwork and noting its strategic depth. However, while the game's fun factor resonates with many, some players have expressed concerns about the quality of the game components. Although the heavy cardboard tiles and sturdy cloth pouches received praise, there is a notable sentiment that the game pieces feel flimsy and may not withstand prolonged use, particularly with younger players. The box's small size appeals to some as a space-saving factor, but others point out the components' subpar quality detracts from the overall enjoyment. In summary, Goliath Alices Garden is an enjoyable game that appeals to families and casual gamers, but players should be aware of potential durability issues with the game components. **
