The maximum material working thickness for this bead roller is Steel = 18 Gauge, Aluminum = 16 Gauge, Stainless = 20 Gauge. It does not come with a vice, so you have to purchase that separately. While this bead roller will get you close to a 90-degree angle with the tipping die, you will have to use a hammer and dolly to obtain a true 90-degree angle. The diameter of the shaft is 22mm. Overall, this is a good quality product that comes with a decent set of dyes. While it doesn't include a vice, this can easily be purchased separately. The thickness of material that it can handle is reasonable, but not exceptional. The diameter of the shaft is also a good size for most projects. The fact that it requires a hammer and dolly to obtain a true 90-degree angle may be a drawback for some users.
