The mug is BPA-free, FDA-approved, and can fit one 6" x 9" or two 4" x 6" photos that would have to be wrapped around the mug. Customers can change the pictures as often as they want. The PixMug's inner cup is meant to seal the photos pretty tight, preventing water damage to the pictures even when it's being washed. Although the mug is meant to keep drinks hot for at least an hour or two, the length of time it can keep contents hot depends on factors such as their temperature and the room temperature. The mug can only display a 6" tall material or a paper project. Those who love the mug appreciate the inclusion of the template, which makes creating the correct sizing for photos a breeze. The customization is also a standout feature, allowing customers to use their own images or create their own designs. However, some had difficulty unscrewing the mug to release the outer shell or putting on the lid, while one customer experienced an issue where the inner cup was leaking at the seam and ruined the picture. Overall, the PixMug appears to be a fun and customizable way to enjoy beverages, and its ease of use and inclusion of a template for photo sizing makes it an appealing purchase.
