Black Garlic North America Garlic Editorial Review
The black garlic is appreciated and recommended by most users, though not all were satisfied. One user suggested that the company should switch to pre-peeled black garlic because the inner skins are messy and difficult to remove. Another user noted that the garlic had an aged garlic flavor and was moist with a pungent balsamic vinegar flavor. It is not certified as organic or non-GMO but it is fermented in Wisconsin, USA, and is not processed in Chinese facilities. Some users stored it in the fridge even after opening it, but there is no recommendation for how long it can stay in the fridge after it's opened. It is sold in bulk packages and comes sealed in a self-preserving container. There were a few negative reviews, with one customer saying that the contents were smashed and could not be peeled, while another became very sick after consuming it.
