- RACE COMPLIANT BACK PROTECTION: Provides Jet Ski race competitors spinal column protection. Back deflector plate is capable of distributing, diffusing, and absorbing impacts. IJSBA closed course race compliant around the world.
- COMPATIBLE WITH ALMOST ALL LIFE VESTS: The back deflector has 4 over / under locking velcro attachment points. The top two straps wrap around the left and right shoulder straps. The bottom two straps attach to the left and right side straps. These attachment points are standard on almost all life jackets. This is not a flotation device and must be attached to a life vest.
- DESIGN: Constructed with dual compression molded EVA foam, and an external ABS plastic shell. The ridged layers provide a semi hard frame, but still flexible. The first layer to the design to is reduce, deflect or defeat the accidental impact at the farthest layer away from the rider’s body. The closer second layer of EVA foam adds addition flotation and impact energy absorbing factors.
- SIZE: Length 23 inches long, 9.5 inches wide, 1.25 inches thick. Plate should extend to the base of the spine, no more than 3 inches above the rider's hip line.
