Sawgrass Sublimation Paper SG500 Editorial Review
Sawgrass SG500 Sublimation Printer with Inks, 220 Sheets SUBLIMAX Paper, Software, White The Sawgrass SG500 Sublimation Printer is an affordable option for those looking for a user-friendly sublimation printer. This printer is bundled with everything you need to get started, saving you money in the long run. Along with plenty of paper and ink cartridges, the printer comes with decent software for design. The prints produced with this printer are of high quality, with vibrant colours and attention to detail. It should be noted that sublimation inks only work with 100% polyester shirts, so this printer is not suitable for printing on cotton or other materials. Along with its simplicity of use, the Sawgrass SG500 Sublimation Printer can hold up to 11x14” paper, with a maximum media size of 8.5" x 14". If the optional bypass tray is added, longer paper can be used, but it should always be 8.5" wide. The Sawgrass SG500 is a trouble-free printer that comes with a good range of paper and ink for a good start in the sublimation business. However, the ink cartridges are not refillable and some customers have commented that they wish more ink cartridges were included in the bundle.
