Despite its compact footprint, this electric grinder delivers impressive power, processing up to 4 pounds of meat per minute—perfect for hunters, home processors, and families who grind meat a few times a year. BigBite technology draws more meat through the auger for faster, more efficient grinding, while the induction motor features permanent lubrication and a built-in circuit breaker for lasting reliability. The meat processor includes three stainless steel plates (4.5mm, 10mm, stuffing plate), a stainless steel knife, three stuffing tubes (1/2, 1, 1-1/8 outer diameter), a large meat pan, a stomper, and a bushing removal tool. Use this meat grinder for home use. With noise-dampening performance and a built-in accessory drawer, this easy-to-clean grinder is ideal for burgers, sausage, chili, and raw pet food prep (not for chicken bones). | Care and maint | Meat remaining in the Grinder Head may be moved through by passing a slice of bread through the Grinder Head. 1. Before cleanup of the grinder, switch the appliance off and unplug from electrical outlet. 2. Remove the Meat Pan from top of grinder. 3. Unscrew Star Bolt and remove the Grinder Head. Disassemble Grinder Head assembly, including the auger bushing from the back of the Head. 4. Hand wash in warm soapy water. Grinder parts are NOT dishwasher safe. 5. Rinse with clear hot water and hand dry immediately. DO NOT soak. 6. To ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before storage, you can place parts in a low-heat oven (200 degrees F) for 15-20 minutes. 7. Lubricate the Knife and Grinding Plates with silicone spray prior to storage. |
