The inflatable neck pillow makes it highly convenient. Although the box is small, the sink is easy to inflate, fill up, and drain after use to detoxify the hair effectively. Most customers highly recommend it and would give it 10 stars if they could. However, some customers found it difficult to inflate despite following the instructions carefully, and one customer had water leak from the side where the head lay. Another customer found it a disaster to use as water leaked all over the floor, possibly due to inadequate inflation or a defected product.
