The Iron Forge Cable 3 Ft White Outdoor Extension Cord has garnered a mix of positive and critical feedback from customers, primarily regarding its usability and the durability of its inline switch. Many users appreciate the cord’s functionality, particularly its waterproof design and sturdy Construction, making it an excellent choice for outdoor settings, such as patios and holiday lighting. The inline switch is another highlighted feature, providing convenience for those looking to easily control their outdoor lights without excessive hassle. However, there are significant concerns regarding the reliability of the switch. While some users report satisfaction with its performance when the temperature is warm, others have encountered issues when it cools down, with the switch struggling to remain in the 'off' position. Furthermore, reviews indicate that the switch's longevity is a potential drawback, as some customers have noted that it becomes unusable after only a few months of usage. In summary, while the Iron Forge extension cord excels in Construction quality and waterproof capability, its inline switch may raise concerns about long-term reliability, particularly in cooler conditions. **
