Round 2 Action Figures CA1011 Editorial Review
The Captain Action Dr. Evil Deluxe Figure is a nice update on the old Dr. Evil figure, with multiple articulation and a new face update. The "three brains" feature is also a nice touch. However, some customers have experienced issues with the figure's loose right hand and easily ripping clothes. Overall, this figure is a great gift for fans of the Captain Action line and Dr. Evil character.
