Star Trek Spacecraft SSSUK108-Z68 Editorial Review
The Eaglemoss Star Trek Starship Replica of the USS Awahnee has been well-received by fans of the Star Trek franchise, particularly those who appreciate intricate model designs. Enthusiasts have praised the attention to detail in the replica, which captures the essence of the USS Awahnee as featured in the iconic "Best of Both Worlds" episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. Many customers note that despite the smaller size of the model, it boasts exceptional craftsmanship, especially highlighting features such as its four warp engines. Collectors have expressed nostalgia for the Eaglemoss collection, mentioning that it once offered a broader range of ships from across the Star Trek universe. Although the company is no longer operational, fans continue to seek out these replicas, underscoring the significance of each piece within their collections. However, not all feedback has been positive. One recurring issue reported is the absence of the collector booklet that accompanies the model, which typically contains crucial information such as the ship’s statistics and episode details. This oversight has disappointed some buyers and seems to be a point of contention for those expecting a complete collector’s experience. Overall, the Eaglemoss USS Awahnee model remains a cherished item among Star Trek aficionados, recognized for its detailed design and historical context within the series, despite a few minor drawbacks related to missing accessories. **
