The outer dimensions of the grill are 9.6 x 6.6 x 0.96 inches and the distance between the top mounting holes is 166.8mm while the side measures 117.0mm. The screws included with the grill are approximately 2 inches long. According to Magnadyne Customer Service, these grills are not available in 4x6 size but will probably fit infinity reference 6x9s. A customer used them for a pair of old fashioned 6x9 speakers on their boat and they worked great. Overall, customers seem satisfied with the product as it fits a specific need and is functional.
