Many customers expressed displeasure with the product quality, specifically citing issues such as the nuts being greasy, stale, and tasting far from the promised "dry roasted." In some instances, customers found the nuts to be of such poor quality that they regretted their purchase, feeling that they had wasted money on a product that did not meet their expectations. Another point of frustration expressed by several customers was the condition in which the nuts were received—they described the packaging as unsealed, leading to concerns about freshness. One customer noted their disappointment not just in the product but also in the company's customer service, stating a lack of response to their concerns, which further contributed to their negative experience. However, there were isolated positive comments, with some customers appreciating the roasted flavor more than the raw variety. It's clear that personal preference plays a significant role in the overall reception of this product. In summary, while there are some customers who enjoyed the roasted Brazil nuts, the majority of feedback appears to lean toward disappointment due to things like taste and quality inConsistency. **
