Suzii Keyboards Editorial Review
The Touch Keyboard Case for iPad Air 13 inch and iPad Pro 12.9 inch has garnered a mixed response from users, illustrating a blend of enthusiasm and frustration. Many customers appreciate its aesthetic appeal and practicality, boasting about how it transforms an iPad into a near-computer experience. There are praises for the case's easy functionality and good keyboard feel, making it a useful accessory for those who use their iPad frequently for tasks such as documentation. However, several users reported significant performance issues, highlighting problems like random glitches and restarts while typing—a particularly frustrating experience for those needing reliability for professional use. This led to some customers opting for returns. A notable complaint pertains to the difficulty of installation, with reports of the iPad not fitting securely and the keyboard being potentially defective. Moreover, while some users were eager about features like backlighting, others found the instructions unclear, leading to a less satisfying user experience. Customer support has shown a willingness to assist, but some users found the service lacking when it came to resolving specific issues. Overall, while the product has strong aesthetic potential and might appeal to casual users, those relying on it for more intensive tasks may want to approach with caution. **
