AlienGear Gun Holsters SSIW0057RHXX Editorial Review
The Alien Gear Holsters Shape Shift Inside Waist Band (IWB) has garnered a positive reception among users, especially those with extensive experience in using holsters. Reviewers appreciate the comfort and effectiveness of the holster, highlighting its ability to distribute weight effectively and remain secure on the belt. Many users report wearing it for extended periods without discomfort, noting that it effectively prevents imprints of the firearm on clothing, which is crucial for concealed carry. The design improvements from previous models have not gone unnoticed, with users praising the now reduced footprint and enhanced ease of use. The ability to adjust various elements of the holster, including retention and the angle of carry, allows for a customized fit that caters to individual preferences. The materials used in the Construction of the holster are described as breathable and comfortable, which adds to the overall user experience. Despite the high satisfaction rate, some concerns have been raised. The absence of clear instructions for adding a firearm retention mechanism has led to frustration among users who require it for their specific work scenarios. Additionally, while the retention system is effective, the difficulty in quickly detaching the holster has been noted, particularly in situations where rapid removal may be necessary. Overall, the Alien Gear Shape Shift IWB is deemed a trustworthy choice for concealed carry, offering both comfort and security, though some users suggest improvements regarding disassembly and quick-release features. **
