Progressive Spinners PS-1206 Editorial Review
The Rope Salad Dryer with Stop from Progressive has received a mixed yet generally favorable reception from customers. Many users appreciate its durability and functionality, with the pull-start feature being a highlight. Instead of feeling cumbersome like some traditional spinners that rely on a winding mechanism, the pull cord enhances the experience by offering increased control and ease of use. Several customers have noted that it performs well in drying various greens, which is typically a tedious process, making it a valuable addition to their kitchen. However, there are concerns regarding the inner basket's sturdiness, with some labeling it as flimsy. While the outer bowl is regarded as a practical double-purpose container for serve salads, it takes up a Considerable amount of cupboard space when not in use. The desire for a more premium alternative made of glass or metal reflects a segment of the customer base’s inclination toward safer, chemical-free kitchenware. The potential for durability issues with the pull cord has also raised alarms among some users, particularly those who have experienced mechanical failure shortly after purchase. Overall, the product meets user expectations for a budget-friendly salad dryer, performing its primary function admirably, although there is a call for improved materials and durability. **
