Many users, particularly those recovering from cervical spine surgeries or managing chronic conditions like arthritis, appreciate the pillow's ability to provide comfort and aid during sleep and relaxation. Customers report that it serves multiple purposes: in addition to being an effective neck support while sleeping, it can be utilized for lower back support, and even as an aid when seated or reclining. Several reviewers noted that it is not just a pillow but a potential therapeutic tool as well, contingent on proper use as recommended by healthcare professionals. The firmness and size of the roll have also been highlighted as ideal features, although it's important to mention that it is not made of memory foam, which some customers may expect.
