In reviewing the customer experiences regarding this product, it is evident that opinions are quite mixed. Some users found the case appealing due to its aesthetic attributes, appreciating aspects like color and design. One satisfied customer noted that the case covered the phone adequately, especially in relation to its corners which provide some level of protection. However, a significant number of users encountered issues with the case's fit and functionality. Critiques were centered on the case being incompatible with certain phone models, specifically the Fairphone 4 5G, causing frustration for users expecting reliable functionality. Additionally, customers expressed concern about the lack of proper fitting, noting that the volume buttons were covered unfortunately, leading to operational difficulties. The stand feature also received negative feedback, as several users reported it was ineffective in providing steady support. Another point of contention was the durability of the case itself; users reported that it deteriorated quickly, particularly in environments where it was subject to wear and tear. Some mentioned that for the price, the quality was acceptable, yet many hoped for a more robust and functional design. Overall, while the case presents some visually appealing features and adequate coverage, several functional shortcomings regarding compatibility, durability, and usability have led to a less than satisfactory reception among many users. **
