The 2022 LibreVNA 2.0 is a portable NanoVNA vector network analyzer that can measure S parameters across a frequency range of 100KHz-6GHz. Users do not need to assemble the unit, as it comes with an installed battery that requires a charge via a microUSB connector before use. The device includes an external reference input/output and a USB-based Type C full dual port interface. The product comes with adapters from SMA to BNC, UHF, etc., to connect the device to antennas and other devices with those connector types. The S-parameters are presented as complex values, and also on a polar or Smith charts. The device comes with a 3 piece calibration kit, two short SMA cables, SMA female to female adapter, USB C cable, and a case. The firmware update is readily available online, and the Windows GUI software requires no installation. Users can select the update file from within the GUI software, and it installs itself quickly. The device has received mixed opinions on delivery and packaging quality. Although it is a genuine product rather than a poor quality clone, it does not come with a case or screen protector, which could cause damage during transit.
