Games Workshop - Citadel Colour Layer: Warpstone Glow (12ml) Paint

The product in focus is a high-quality paint designed specifically for miniature painting, particularly popular among hobbyists engaged in Warhammer and similar projects. Users generally report a positive experience with the product’s effectiveness in achieving the desired aesthetic results on miniatures. The paint is praised for its ability to layer effectively, with many users emphasizing the importance of applying several thin layers rather than attempting to cover large areas with a single thick application. This technique leads to a much better finish and more vibrant colors. Further testimonials highlight the paint's versatility, particularly for specific factions such as Necron miniatures and Salamanders. Many hobbyists appreciate the ease with which the paint can be thinned and its good coverage capabilities. The matte finish after drying also received favorable mention, aligning well with the expectations of model painters who seek a non-shiny appearance for their miniatures. However, there are notable complaints, particularly regarding shipping mistakes that resulted in users receiving incorrect colors. This has led to some frustration, especially for customers who were seeking specific shades for their projects. The confusion between color names—specifically distinguishing between "Necron Green" and "Warp Stone Green"—was highlighted, suggesting that potential buyers should double-check color names to avoid disappointments. Overall, the quality of the paint itself is well-regarded, making it a preferred choice among those seriously engaging in the miniature painting hobby. Nonetheless, customers should be cautious about color selection and Consider checking their order before commitment. **
