Answer: When I bought mine they did not offer different heads at the time. -

Does it come with the M3 balanced mouthpiece and the tape and bag like on Howards site?
Answer: I bought mine directly from the Howards website. This price does not include a plastic square case or the 'fixing' tape. The white fixing tape is basically white teflon plumbers tape, and some websites sell leather or cloth whistle pouches. -
Question:
When you say tunable, does this mean you can change the key it's in by adjusting the head?
Answer: No, it means that if the instrument is off key, then you can fix it by adjusting the head. -
Question:
Does it come with a case?
Answer: Yes, it comes with a plastic case that opens in 2 pieces. -
Question:
Does this whistle have the metal seam on the back side, like the cheaper Clarke's whistles, or is it seamless like the Waltons?
Answer: Neither tin whistle has a seam in the back. They are more like a pipe. The mouthpiece slides over another pipe to change the pitch. One mouthpiece is metal and the other is plastic.
