The Mount-It! Height Adjustable Foot Rest for Standing and Sitting is a sturdy, heavy-duty footrest made of steel. It has six height settings, with a maximum height of 11 inches and a minimum height of 4.5 inches. The footrest is freestanding and has an anti-slip padded surface. The angle is fixed, and it does not swivel. The mount has holes that allow it to be customized to adjust to the most comfortable height. The footrest can be moved around easily and has a foam handle on the unit. It comes with rubber feet on the front of the legs to prevent it from sliding around under a desk.
