Perterson Tail Light Assemblies Editorial Review
The Peterson Manufacturing (V457L) Surface Mount Combination Stop/Turn/Tail Light has received a warm and favorable reception from customers, particularly those seeking a reliable replacement for older trailer lights. Many users have noted the perfect fit for their various models, including a 1998 Rockwood pop-up camper and other trailers, leading to a sense of satisfaction with its compatibility. Installation is highlighted as straightforward, with users recommending that new owners take pictures of the existing wiring to facilitate an easy setup. Positive feedback mentions that even if slight modifications are necessary, such as drilling new pilot holes for mounting, the overall process remains manageable and non-intrusive, as the old holes are often covered by the new unit. Moreover, customers appreciate the product's quality, branding, and price point, often noting it as an excellent value compared to LED options that might leave a visible mark on the exterior. Although some experienced minor issues, such as receiving a cracked unit initially or noting a lack of mounting bolts for a license plate, the product's performance and appearance have generally met or exceeded expectations. A few reviews even call for clearer product descriptions regarding lens color, indicating that feedback has been Constructive rather than critical. Overall, the Peterson Manufacturing combination light is a solid choice for trailer owners needing a replacement, combining easy installation, quality Construction, and affordability. **
