It is effective at removing hair from the root without breaking any, and can be used with or without waxing paper strips. The wax can be kept warm by placing the container inside a wax warmer after microwaving. The fragrance of the wax is also pleasant. However, some users have experienced perfume sensitivity and asthma attacks from the fragrance, and hope that the fragrance is removed in future versions of the product. Despite this, the wax performs well, causing minimal pain and no redness or swelling on the face. The wax only sticks to the hair and not to any other surfaces. It is worth noting that the wax does not come with a tall warmer, which may affect its effectiveness in certain scenarios.
