The Rev9 R9-HS2-039 Hyper-Street II coilover suspension lowering kit is designed to fit all models of 2008-2014 WRX, and it comes with 32-click rebound settings and full-length adjustability. Buyers should be aware that it is not compatible with STI wagons or other vehicles such as the Mitsubishi Lancer or the Subaru Impreza hatchback. The overall packaging of the product was excellent, with double boxing and extra cardboard and packing foam to ensure it was delivered safely. The coilovers were relatively easy to install, and the ride height damping and front camber could be easily adjusted. In terms of performance, the kit provides a much stiffer and bumpier ride than the stock suspension, but it offers very good handling, especially when cornering or under acceleration and braking. However, some buyers reported compatibility issues with their vehicles, particularly those who owned a 2016 Subaru Impreza Sport or Premium or Limited Sedan. The OEM top camber bolt did not fit in the hole of the new coilover, and the front ABS sensor wire clip attachment was round and too small. Additionally, some users noticed noise coming from the front driver side coilover, and one buyer reported that the rear shock blew just from daily driving.
