EDWERD Hands-Free Phone Lanyard for Seniors & Parkinsons, Adjustable Neck Strap to Secure Cellphone

The product in question is a phone-holding accessory designed to keep your phone close at hand, particularly for those who may not have convenient pockets in their clothing. Customer experiences reveal a mixed reception, highlighting both the product's functionality and issues related to its quality. Many users appreciate the practicality of the design, particularly its ability to securely hold a phone around the neck, keeping it accessible throughout the day. This feature has been particularly beneficial for individuals who find themselves moving between different rooms or for those in need of their phones in immediate reach, such as elderly users. The lightweight material allows for a comfortable fit, ensuring that it does not weigh down or cause discomfort during use. However, despite its functional advantages, there have been notable concerns regarding the product's durability and quality. Several customers reported that the item began to show signs of wear and tear relatively quickly, with comments about colors fading or the material feeling flimsy. Additionally, there have been complaints about the accuracy of the product description, specifically regarding the supposed adjustable neck strap, which users found to be non-adjustable and ineffective in staying secure. Overall, while the product serves its primary purpose of conveniently carrying a phone, potential buyers should be aware of the quality concerns that could affect long-term use. **
