- This is a desktop-level laser engraving machine. It has a compact overall size and a simple design. It is suitable for use on a tabletop and doesn't take up too much space. The working area can accommodate materials of A4 size, which is sufficient for daily small-scale engraving or cutting tasks. The laser power is 12W, with a wavelength of 455nm, and it belongs to a diode laser. The engraving accuracy is controlled within 0.08 millimeters, which can handle fine patterns or text engraving in daily use. The maximum engraving speed can reach 10,000 millimeters per minute. Combined with the self-developed 32-bit high-speed motherboard, the efficiency of the entire engraving process is relatively high, and a piece of work can be completed within a short time without waiting for a long period. Some safety configurations have been made. The machine complies with the FDA Class I laser safety standards and falls under the entry-level safety category, which is quite user-friendly for beginners. A safety door is designed on the machine body. During operation, if the door is opened, the machine will immediately stop running to prevent accidents. There is a temperature sensor inside, which will automatically alarm and stop the machine when the temperature is too high to avoid damage caused by overheating. Additionally, a USB security key is provided, which needs to be inserted to start the device. This serves as an extra safety measure. The exhaust system is built-in and equipped with a smoke filtration system. It uses activated carbon filters and dust screens to absorb the smoke and odors generated during the engraving process. The system comes with an exhaust pipe and flange connectors, making it easy to direct the smoke outdoors. If you are sensitive to odors, an external air purifier can also be selected for further filtration. The operating status can be understood by the indicator lights on the device body. Blue indicates that it is running, green represents the standby state, yellow indicates that the engraving is completed, and red indicates a malfunction. The different colors are clearly distinguishable, and you can know the current condition of the machine without having to stare at the screen. The auto-focusing function eliminates the need for manual adjustment, as the machine will automatically complete the focusing process once the materials are placed. The learning curve is relatively low. The randomly included tools are also quite comprehensive. Besides the basic accessories such as the machine body, power adapter, and data cable, there are also safety goggles, laser head repair kits, tool kits, as well as test plywood and medium-density fiberboard. After receiving them, you can start using them directly without having to purchase anything extra. Optional extension accessories include a rotating wheel attachment, which is suitable for engraving on cylindrical objects; a positioning camera can help precisely locate the engraving position; an air pump is used to assist with blowing air, reducing the residue on the material surface during the engraving process. Overall, this engraving machine is compact in size, fully functional, and equipped with adequate safety features.
