Roman Adhesives & Mortars Editorial Review
The ROMAN PRO-690 Pressure Sensitive Flooring Adhesive has garnered primarily positive reviews from customers who appreciate its strong adhesive properties and versatility. Users highlight its effectiveness in securing various flooring types, including rubber puzzle mats and vinyl tiles, to different surfaces like cement. The adhesive is particularly praised for its sticky nature, making it reliable for high-traffic areas; many have noted that it holds up to the weight of heavy equipment without budging. One of the standout features of the PRO-690 is its dual functionality—offering both releasable and permanent installations—which provides flexibility for users depending on their project needs. Customers have found it easy to spread and apply, especially with a small toothed or slotted trowel. Feedback indicates that proper surface preparation is crucial for achieving the best results, as customers emphasize the importance of cleaning and drying the surface before application. While many reviewers are enthusiastic about the product's performance, there are a few caveats to Consider. Some users have reported that it does not cover as much area as they expected, with a few noting that a single container may not be sufficient for larger projects. Additionally, there are specific limitations mentioned, such as the product not being suitable for marine flooring applications. Overall, the customer experience with ROMAN PRO-690 has been solid, marked by strong approval for its adhesive capabilities and ease of use, but it does have some limitations concerning coverage area and specific applications. **
