- The Battery Tender Junior 8V 1.25A Charger & Maintainer is designed for lead-acid, flooded, sealed, AGM, and gel cell batteries. It features a 4-step charging process: Initialization, Bulk Charge, Absorption Mode, and Float Mode, making battery maintenance fully automatic. Once the battery is fully charged, it switches to a float voltage to maintain the charge. If the battery voltage drops, it automatically resumes full charging power. Safe to use with spark-proof technology and reverse polarity protection. Approved by UL, CSA, BC, FCC, and listed in the California Appliance Efficiency Database.
