The FOXWELL NT650 Elite OBD2 Scanner has garnered various customer experiences, particularly highlighting its ease of use and functionality in diagnostic settings for both professional and amateur mechanics. Many users appreciate its cost-effectiveness, especially for those not wanting to invest heavily in high-end diagnostic tools like a seasoned truck mechanic who only plans to use it a handful of times before retirement. The scanner's interface, though requiring a bit of a learning curve, is generally Considered user-friendly, making it accessible for younger users as well. Several reviews also commend the scanner for its capability to perform specific functions such as ABS bleeding and reading various vehicle codes efficiently. Customers have noted it performs well in these areas, offering real-time data readings that enhance its usability across different car makes. However, while many find it satisfactory for standard diagnostics, there are notable limits, such as its inability to auto-VIN some models and the difficulty in accessing all vehicle modules. This has led some users to suggest that despite the scanner being marketed as "semi-professional," it may not meet the needs of all mechanics, particularly in specialized applications. On a positive note, the customer service provided by Foxwell has been highlighted as a strong aspect of their experience. Multiple reviewers have appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism of the support team, even when they had to return the product due to compatibility issues. This factor plays a significant role in shaping the overall customer satisfaction level, providing reassurance of the brand's commitment to service and support. In summary, the FOXWELL NT650 Elite OBD2 Scanner is well-regarded for its overall functionality in basic diagnostics, although it has limitations in vehicle compatibility and advanced features. Customer service receives high praise, making it a viable option for those needing an affordable scanner for less frequent use. **
