It has the capability to reduce free available chlorine (FAC) at a concentration of 2 parts per million (ppm) by at least 90% in up to 3,000 gallons of water, making it a durable and long-lasting solution. Manufactured from bonded powdered activated carbon (PAC) filter media and wrapped in polyolefin with polyethylene outer netting, this cartridge is built to withstand the test of time. The nitrile butadiene rubber (Buna-N) gaskets ensure a tight seal against the housing, providing you with a reliable and leak-free filtration system (housing sold separately).
