Answer: Yes it came in a box but it is such a useless toy! It doesn’t do what it shows in the photo - ie, roll over to collect balls and spit them out! -

Answer: No it doesn’t have a height adjuster. It fit my 16 month old who also has been told he’s tall for his age. Hope this helps. -

Will this be suitable to use outside?
Answer: This item comes with five balls and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. -

We have received this product but only one ball in the box. Can you send replacements?
Answer: 3 balls are in the lower part of the box, hidden under what looks like a stand. Remove the cardboard and you will find them. -

Answer: I imagine that it is all a matter of common sense and depends on the level of parental/adult supervision. It is a great toy, but it has a length of string attached to it which can be a choking hazard for babies left alone. Common sense is key.
