Bu bölümde Power Query ve Power Pivot ile yapılabilecek şeyler anlatılmaktadır. İkinci bölümde, Power Query anlatılmaktadır. Power Query ile verilerin alınması ve verilerin işlenmesini sağlayan araçlar açıklanmaktadır. Bu bölümde detaylı olarak, farklı veri kaynaklarından verilerin alınması, işlenmesi, düzenlenmesi (verilerin temizlenmesi, veri türlerinin düzenlenmesi, vb. işlemler) ve raporlanması amacıylaExcel ya da veri modeli ortamına yüklenmesi açıklanmaktadır. Bu bölümde ayrıca birleştirme ve ekleme sorguları ayrıca “M Language” olarak bilinen ve Power Query’ye özgü bir dil olan kodlama sistemiyle yapılan veri işleme uygulamaları da yer almaktadır.Üçüncü bölümde Power Pivot anlatılmaktadır.
